We make it easy for participants to contribute, not just listen. To keep that experience clear and simple, we’re updating our plans. Each one now focuses on the tools that fit how you use Mentimeter, from trying it out for the first time to collaborating across a whole team.
These updates take effect on September 29, 2025. Here’s what that means for you.
Free — try out Mentimeter and see what’s possible
The Free plan is made for exploring Mentimeter and running smaller sessions, so you can get a feel for what live moments of interaction can do.

What you can do with the Free plan:
- Use all interactive slide types (Word Clouds, Quizzes, Q&A, and much more)
- Host up to 50 participants per month
- See all your results and insights
- New: 1-1 sharing to send your Menti to anyone for viewing or comments (without setting up a workspace)
Moving to the Basic plan:
- Export your results as PDF (you can still share a link to your results)
- Segmentation
Moving to Pro:
- Embed Google Slides or PowerPoint presentations
- Present or edit other people’s Menti presentations
- Mentimote for remote control
If you need to download full PDF reports, run larger sessions, or remote control your presentation, it might be time to look at Basic or Pro.
Basic — for using Mentimeter regularly
Basic works well if you’re presenting often and want simple, flexible ways to make your meetings, classes, or events interactive.

What you get in the Basic plan:
- Unlimited participants
- Export your results to Excel and PDF
- Import your existing slides
- New: 1-1 sharing for easy reviews and comments
Moving to Pro:
- Embed Google Slides or PowerPoint presentations
- Present or edit other people’s Menti presentations
- Mentimote for remote control
If you present and co-create as part of a team or want to add branding, Pro might be the better fit.
Pro — for working together
Pro is for teams who want to share their work and keep everything consistent.

You get everything in the Basic plan, plus:
- Shared editing and presenting
- Team workspaces
- Branding and themes
- Mentimote and Presenter Notes

If you also need organization-wide roles or more advanced security and access features, Enterprise offers all that and more.

Enterprise — for larger organizations
Enterprise makes it easier to manage who can do what, while still letting everyone work together smoothly and securely.

Full Enterprise users:
- Keep all features and functionality
Member Lite users (free users in paid workspaces):
- Can still create their own presentations (with a 50 participant/month limit)
- Can view and comment on other users' Menti presentations
- Cannot present or edit other users’ Menti presentations
This keeps collaboration tools with full members, while still allowing colleagues to try out Mentimeter.
