In Germany, Deloitte has been one of Mentimeter’s Enterprise customers since spring 2022.
We had the pleasure of sitting down with Wolfgang Arnold, Global Vendor Manager, to discuss how Mentimeter became an officially supported tool for multiple departments in Deloitte Germany.
Over the last few years, Deloitte Germany used Mentimeter in several units, to help them increase interactivity in their work sessions.
As the number of licenses increased over time, the IT department recognized the need to upgrade to Mentimeter’s Enterprise plan and introduce Mentimeter as an officially supported tool.
The reasons for this were two-fold: ease of administration that a centralized subscription gives and full compliance with Deloitte Germany’s internal guidelines and regulations.
"Compliance is very important to us, which is why we wanted to centralize our subscription and undergo the procurement process of Mentimeter Enterprise."
The process of getting Mentimeter Enterprise approved within Deloitte Germany involved three main parts:
Once the legal and compliance aspects were addressed, Mentimeter was rolled out to the users. During this process, the Mentimeter Customer Success team helped transition users from individual paid accounts to the centralized Enterprise account.

Deloitte Germany relied on word-of-mouth promotion to generate interest in acquiring a Mentimeter Enterprise license, resulting in steady user growth.
Today, the main departments using Mentimeter are Consulting and Human Resources.
The Consulting department uses Mentimeter in presentations, customer pitches, and workshops to engage the audience and promote interactivity. Human Resources, on the other hand, leverage Mentimeter for recruitment events and increasing engagement in internal sessions.
