Hannover Re uses "Verified Participants" for their townhall Q&A sessions
At company-wide town hall meetings, Hannover Re strategically uses Mentimeter’s Q&A feature, paired with the Verified Participants function.
The goal? Actively involve employees in the content, encourage questions, and create genuine opportunities for dialogue.
Thanks to verified names via Single Sign-On (SSO), the event team can follow up on questions or department-specific topics – even after the event ends.

The integration was clearly explained and easy to implement. From an IT perspective, we were very satisfied with the setup and simplicity.

To enable “Verified Participants,” Hannover Re set up a separate SSO configuration for attendees – independent of their standard Mentimeter workspace access. A dedicated app in their Identity Provider (IDP) allowed employees to join securely, without any extra registration.
