The team strongly believes in the power of together, and puts a lot of effort into collaboration, teamwork and helping each other whilst having a lot of fun in the process!

Chassa is the Regional Sales Manager at Mentimeter since the start of 2019, responsible for the Nordics and the US and has been at Mentimeter for 1.5 years.
The thing about the Account Exevutive role at Mentimeter I like the most is being able to talk to so many different people and stakeholders from a multitude of companies, organisations and educational institutions.
The sales team is a team which is focused on delivering results together as a team. The non-commission model we have enables us to move forward, close deals and provide value for our customers with as little friction as possible together as a team.
The diverse culture we have at Mentimeter and the unique company structure is something I haven’t experienced before and has proven to be one of the biggest success factors we have.
I am truly smiling on my way to work and when I leave. I could not have asked for more!
Francis is an Account Executive at Mentimeter who has been working at Mentimeter since the start of 2019. He shared some of his experiences so far from working at Mentimeter!
As an Account Executive, I collaborate with Sales Development Representatives, Relationship Managers and Customer Success Managers on a daily basis. This enables me to focus my efforts on transactional sales with our customers and provide them with industry consultative knowledge about the potential of Mentimeter in their daily operations.
I personally really like this unique fusion of sales techniques and how it enables me to continuously provide satisfaction to the customers I work with.
About 90% of customers I work with already know about Mentimeter. This enables me to have a very driven approach to experimenting with data - about the customers, for the customers. The flexibility in the Sales team empowers me to experiment with a “work smart” mindset to enable continuous improvement in our sales processes.
My curiosity is met with challenges that go beyond my role and it makes me really enjoy contributing to the greater good of the team and the company.
The vibe at Mentimeter is amazing! As an Account Executive in the Mentimeter Sales Team and as part of Mentimeter as a company just keeps providing a positive outlook for me and my work and makes me happy.

I love that my role is well-defined and that you can develop in your role and master it. I also love acquiring new customers and let them be nurtured by someone who is stronger than me at long-term relationship building.
I enjoy the feeling of always closing deals, both small ones and bigger enterprise deals, where I need to spend more energy, build more trust, dig into data a bit deeper and collaborate with Product and Marketing.
I really enjoy talking to customers who know Mentimeter and love the product. This gives me the energy to inspire other customers, learn about new use cases, handle objections better and get more confident when talking to new customers. We do not work in verticals so I get to speak to clients in many different industries which keeps me curious.
We do not work with commission model and this gives me the peace of mind to ask for help and collaborate with the people in my team in a way that makes us stronger together.
Things move so fast and I never get bored! There are always initiatives and experiments going on and we have an increasing customer base, new use cases and a growing team. It is very much up to us how we want to drive initiatives as long as we work smart. We consider every experiment as an exciting challenge and if something doesn’t go as expected we learn from it rather than seeing it as a failure.
