What is an employee pulse survey?
An employee pulse survey is a short survey sent to employees regularly to check-in on different topics, such as stress, work-life balance, job satisfaction, or company culture. The results from the survey can then be used to identify areas of improvement and create action plans.
A pulse survey is much more agile than conventional surveys. They should track the same item over a period of time and be much shorter and more frequent than a traditional engagement survey.
